• Preparing Project Plan for the project completion • Break a complex project into manageable sub-projects • Planning, Co-ordination and Execution of the projects as per project plan • Under take the responsibility/ownership and ensure the successful completion of the task assigned • Project time, cost, quality, scope and risk management • Perform a risk analysis and integrate risk mitigation into your planning • Reviewing the manufacturing design and checking the manufacturing feasibility • Sound knowledge of manufacturing drawings, creating technical specifications and bill of materials • Sound knowledge of GD&T, fabrication processes such as casting, forging, sheet metal welding etc • Mechanical design calculations • Review and release drawings by understanding the design requirement and standards • Thorough knowledge of manufacturing standards such as ASME, DIN, IS etc • Evaluation and Finalization of Vendors /suppliers • Reviewing and Evaluating CAD drawings of the manufacturing components • Making manufacturing process sheets of all critical and non critical components • Follow up with the vendors/suppliers to expedite the delivery of the subcontracted products • Managing the project execution and logistics • Successful completion of project plan • Customer Satisfaction
